Kriya Yoga Meditation

Kriya Yoga is an ancient science that was hidden in secrecy for centuries and was revived by the great Mahavatar Babaji and passed it on to his disciples.

The ancient yogis discovered that the secret of cosmic consciousness is intimately linked with breath mastery. The Kriya Yoga meditation techniques of pranayama, life-force control that transmutes breath into subtle lifetronic energy, bring positive realization that the composition of the body is pure cosmic energy.

In other words, Kriya yoga is often referred to as the “Yoga of Action or Awareness”. It is an ancient meditation technique that uses pranayama (breathwork), mantra (chanting) and mudras (spiritual hand gestures) to rapidly accelerate spiritual growth. The ultimate goal of a kriya practice is to achieve spiritual awakening or enlightenment.

The true and original version of kriya yoga which was taught and passed on by Mahavatar babaji will be taught during the training. Kriya Yoga practise is the quickest way to get rid of “Negative Karma” and can help attain wisdom, bliss, health, peace, and power.
